“…and the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.” — Acts 2:47

At Christ Baptist, membership is centered around the idea of a biblical covenant. Historically, a covenant was a binding agreement in which parties had certain obligations and could expect certain benefits in return. What makes a covenant different from a simple binding agreement is that the covenant implies meaningful relationship. God made such relational covenants with Noah, Abram, and the people of Israel at Mt. Sinai; and eventually He brought about a new covenant, available through Christ.

Any follower of Christ is invited to become a Covenant Member of the Christ Baptist Church family.  As Covenant Members, having been baptized as believers, we affirm our core beliefs, embrace our core values, and commit to exhibiting our core practices by the power of God.
