Care Ministries
At Christ Baptist Church, we recognize that everyone goes through challenging circumstances, the loss of a loved one, transitions, relational pain and difficult seasons of life. No matter how big or small, our pastoral staff is available to discuss a variety of personal and relationship issues.
Our Care Ministries–DivorceCare, DivorceCare for Kids, GriefShare, Single and Parenting–are support groups to help persons experiencing pain from one of these life crises. For information on one of these ministries, call us at 919-573-5454.
For DivorceCare, GriefShare and Single Parenting there is a $20 registration fee to participate in the group. The registration fee for DivorceCare for Kids (DC4K) is $15 for the first child and $10 for each additional child attending. To participate in DC4K, children must be 5-12 years old and have a parent currently participating in the DivorceCare or Single and Parenting program at Christ Baptist.
Scholarships for the above ministries are available if needed.
Our current session of DivorceCare began on April 17, 2012 (but you are welcome to join us at any time). All other ministries will resume in the Fall, mostly likely the 2nd week in September.
