Raleigh Correctional Center for Women
Christ Baptist Church is carrying out the mission of the church described in Matthew 25:31-36 in our ministry to prisoners at the Raleigh Correctional Center for Women. Our primary focus is the weekly Bible study. We offer a monthly Sunday School program and partner with other churches in providing a monthly Sunday afternoon worship service. Our choir presents their musical programs for Christmas and Easter. Donations of clothing are collected for the prison clothing closet. Through the multiple ways we share God’s Word, we are proclaiming freedom to the criminal through Christ. (Isaiah 1:1)
